chrisflyerThe Farmers Dinner is excited to announce the first in a series of pop up dinners entitled Roots. Roots is a dinner series featuring various chefs, the food they grew up on and the dishes that inspired them in their careers.

For our first event, Chef Chris Viaud will present; “A Taste of Haiti.” Diners will enjoy Haitian classics reimagined for one night only. As an added plus, a portion of the proceeds will benefit an organization which Chris is a proud part of the committed crew; World Central Kitchen, who has dedicated time and resources to develop schooling programs and a bakery in Haiti.
