The Farmers Dinner is excited to bring you to a truly amazing farm, Joppa Hill Educational Farm in Bedford, New Hampshire for an evening of culinary excellence. This multi-course menu features chefs Alex Waddell of Cremeux Bakery in Merrimack. NH and George Bezanson of Earth's Harvest Kitchen in Dover, NH.

Chef Alex Waddel was taught to appreciate good food from an early age. He's been enamored with the flavors of France for most of his life. Starting in fine dining since the age of 16, he grew to understand that what he appreciated most were the intricate flavors and designs of French pastry. He went on to train in Paris and then continued to work under French chefs in the United States, and ultimately that led to him opening his shop. Since opening Cremeux, it's been a goal of his to make authentic French pastry available to those around, while occasionally marrying French techniques with New England products.

The Educational Farm at Joppa Hill is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that operates a working farm on 35 acres of public land leased from the Town of Bedford, N.H. Their mission is to preserve a working farm for the purpose of providing people of all ages with interactive educational experiences that create powerful connections with New Hampshire's agricultural past.

The VIP ticket allows customers to attend a special tasting and Q&A session with The Farmers Dinner crew & the farmers. 100% of the proceeds of this VIP ticket will be donated to No Kid Hungry.
