The Farmers Dinner is excited to be back at Live Bee or Die Farm in New Boston, New Hampshire for an evening of culinary excellence. This multi-course menu features chefs Emshika and her mother, Phitsanee Ketsatin of Chang Thai restaurant Littleton, NH.

Chef Emshika has been cooking since 14 and learned from her mother who owned a restaurant & grocery store in Southern Thailand. Making food from scratch snd using local ingredients based in recipes. She was also once made food for the queen of Thailand while her husband was working with Thai royal family.

Chef Emshika blends the best of Thai cuisine with a dash of contemporary flair at Chang Thai Cafe. Chef Emshika and her restaurant have been profiled in numerous publications and she was a recent participant on Food Network “Martha Stewart Chopped Champion” series.

In addition, we are offering a special VIP ticket that gives customers a true VIP farm-to-table experience. The VIP ticket allows customers to attend a special tasting and Q&A session with The Farmers Dinner crew & the farmers.
