For this event, we welcome chef Jamie Bissonnette! 

Jamie Bissonnette is a Chef and was the founding partner in Boston favorites Coppa, an Italian enoteca, Toro, the Barcelona-style tapas bar, Little Donkey, Cambridge's eclectic neighborhood restaurant, Faccia e Faccia & Bar Pallino on Newbury Street in Boston.

Bissonnette was awarded the inaugural People’s Choice: Best New Chef award by Food & Wine magazine. In May 2014, he was honored with the James Beard Foundation award for Best Chef: Northeast. Jamie was named 2016 Massachusetts Executive Chef of the Year.

Jamie has appeared on Food Networks Chopped, battled on Iron Chef America, and appeared as a judge on Worst Cooks in America and Beat Bobby Flay. Jamie was a guest on PBS’s Simply Ming and Freevee Americas Test Kitchen; the next generation.

Jamie continues his culinary passion and adventure with a new project coming in 2024.
